Group Classes at Lucky Mutt Dog Training!
If you are looking to form a bond with your dog that both of you will cherish, obedience training for your dog or puppy is an awesome way to start. The pawsitive training techniques that we use will teach your dog to be on good behavior and work for you because they WANT to not because they HAVE to. We are so excited to help you turn your puppy or dog into a Lucky Mutt through our group classes!
Puppy Obedience and Socialization will introduce your dog to the world of playing and meeting other dogs. They will learn to interact with each other, meet new people, and the basic commands of their name, sit, and down. The dogs will also learn to pay attention to you, go to a mat, and more! We will also give your information on how to potty and crate train your new puppy!
Obedience Level 1 will utilize clicker training to learn the basic commands of sit, come, and down. We will also develop skills in controlling impulses, focusing on you, walking with a loose leash, and going to a mat to relax.
Obedience Level 2 will bring the obedience skills from level 1 and take them to the next level. Your dog or puppy is now starting to really understand it is more fun to work for you than being mischievous. The commands of stay, release, heel and more will be learned. Come, sit, down, mat, loose leash walking, and leave-it will all be strengthened with added distance. We will even teach your dog to do fun new tricks to show off to friends, family, and all your followers on social media!
Our classes are ongoing so that you can join and start any week! Join us at Lucky Mutt Dog Training and you'll never have to wait for a new class to start, because you can join right away! Just sign up and you will be able to attend 6 class sessions (typically one class per week).
Schedule & Times
Wednesdays at 6:30 pm we have Obedience Level 1 (for adult dogs and puppies)
Thursday's at 7 pm we have Puppy Obedience Level 1 (Designed specifically for puppies)
Thursdays at 8:15 pm we will have Obedience Level 1 & 2 (for adult dogs and puppies)
